Service
Description/Restrictions
Each Dial-up Account is for unlimited access. However, it
is not to be used as a dedicated connection. Customer
agrees not to use any automatic method to avoid inactivity
disconnect, and to keep the connection active only when
the customer is actively using the service. If you are
interested in a dedicated connection we will be glad to
discuss the options with you. A dial-up account
shall not be used with any device capable of allowing more
than one simultaneous computer connection. Any account
using more than one concurrent login will be
charged/billed accordingly. Please be considerate of other
users and log off when not utilizing the service. Service
shall not be used to send unsolicited e-mail (SPAM)
through Brinet. Customer agrees that the account shall not
be used for anything deemed illegal by the State of North
Carolina or by the US Federal Government. We are not
responsible for any hardware, software, phone lines, or
electrical problems. We only provide Internet service.
Blue Ridge Internet is also not responsible for any long
distance charges. Please make sure the access number
is a local call. Any account idle for more than 20
minutes or after 5 hours session time will be
automatically logged off.
Billing
and Payment Description
All payments will be charged via credit/check card only.
The partial payment will be collected at the time of
install. Each month thereafter you will be charged the
monthly fee in advance. All customers are responsible for
supplying Blue Ridge Internet with current payment
information. This includes credit card numbers and
expiration dates. Quarterly billed account payments are
due by the first day of each quarter (Jan. 1st, April 1st,
July 1st, and Oct. 1st). All accounts not paid in full by
the due date will be suspended. All accounts suspended due
to payment related issues are subject to a reconnect fee.
Cancellation
You may cancel at anytime by one of two ways: A written
letter stating your intent mailed to Blue Ridge Internet,
1910 Four Seasons Blvd, Hendersonville, NC 28792; or E-mail us at support@brinet.com.
For either method, please include your full name, address,
phone number, user ID, and reason. The effective date of
cancellation will be on the last day of the billing cycle
in which we receive notification. There will be no
refunds. We reserve the right to refuse service to any
customer for any reason. Note: This sheet is subject to

Attention!
Make
sure that you are not using the "Thrifty Caller"
plan offered by BellSouth! Even calls within your own
exchange are toll calls. We will NOT be responsible for
charges to your phone bill because you have this plan!!
